This is Me…

Hey there!

I’m a Kentucky native with a big heart for helping people find their spark and chase after their dreams. My journey started as a first-generation college student with no roadmap, no insider knowledge, and no idea that career coaching was even a thing. I had to wing it through school and figure things out the hard way—and that experience lit a fire in me to help others navigate their own paths with more clarity and confidence.

I earned my bachelor’s in Psychology and a master’s in Mental Health Counseling, and over the past 15+ years, I’ve coached, taught, counseled, and advised people in both higher education and private coaching settings. I’ve supported students, career changers, professionals, entrepreneurs, dreamers, doers, and everyone in between — helping them take the next step, even when they’re not sure what it is yet.

I’m also a mom, a business owner, and someone who knows firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle all the things. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and suddenly, so many of my challenges—and strengths—made sense. True to form, I dove headfirst into hyperfocus mode, learning everything I could about ADHD, executive functioning, and how our brains impact the way we work, plan, and dream. I’ve since turned that knowledge into tools, strategies, and support for others navigating the highs and lows of neurodivergent life.

Back when I started college in 2002, career development felt like it was made for people who were more professional, more knowledgeable, more confident—just more. Private coaching seemed out of reach, like something for “other” people. That belief stuck with me, and it’s now my mission to flip that script.

I created CleverSpark Coaching to make career and personal development more affordable, more accessible, and a lot more fun. Whether you’re starting over, scaling up, or just trying to figure out what’s next—I’m here to walk with you, help you focus your energy, and celebrate every win along the way.

Let’s build a life and career that actually fits you—messy moments and all.
